The trailer can be moved from the site as the tow bar is included with the price of the camper. Also comes with a back up camera. Camper is in good condition and well kept. Floors are solid. You will see stains from leaking on the 2 canvas pop outs, Repairs have been made to pop out canvas and a channel installed over the pop outs to avoid water sitting around them when they are closed. The camper includes a refrigerator, microwave, heater, air conditioner, electric awning, hot water heater and a TV,DVD, CD combo unit. All are in working order.
